Where to eat in Buffalo New York
Where to eat in Buffalo New York? When visiting Buffalo NY, we always try some food. Well not as much as possible, but, just every time we have some cravings.
Here are some that I can say I would recommend ?
1. Cheesecake Factory
I really love this restaurant. There’s a lot in their menus, from meat lovers to vegetarian. From healthy food to snacks. They will serve you a complimentary bread and butter while waiting for your orders. They have lunch specials and burgers or sandwiches. And of course, their cheesecake! it’s really big, the one slice of cheesecake is good for sharing. I’ve tried their pasta, burgers and cheesecakes. And I think I won’t get tired of it ?
The one we always visit is the Cheesecake Factory in Walden Galleria, Cheektowaga.
2. Duff’s Famous Wings
Ok, so I forgot to take a picture of the buffalo wings. But I can say that it’s really good. We had the mild spicy buffalo wings. My boyfriend bought a 30 famous wings. I though that’s too much. But I really liked it and we ate it all, I even licked my fingers ?. This comes with celery, carrots and blue cheese dip.
3. Kyoto
Kyoto, Japanese Restaurant Hibachi and Sushi Bar. What I like in this restaurant, is the chef will cook right in front of your eyes. They are very witty and sometimes will pull some jokes while making the hibachi meal. Before you know it, you’re taking a video of him in action. It was entertaining and the food are really great.
4. Dave & Busters
Dave & Busters is also in my things to do in Buffalo. As I’ve said, you can play, watch, and eat in here. We had a pizza and Macaroni and cheese before, which are good too. It is also located in Walden Galleria.
5. El Agave
I like this because the food is really authentic. They make Mexican food really delicious. We ordered their special lunch, and I was surprise to have a big meal for a $7. ?
6. Platter’s Chocolates
This is the place who introduced me to sponge candy ?. They have a lot of chocolates too. And buffalo shape chocolates. I haven’t tried their ice creams, but I bet it’s good too. Sponge candies are my favorite though ?
7. Thunder Falls Buffet
It is inside the casino Seneca Niagara Resort Casino. It’s just usual buffet. Nothing especial. But we went here because of the cheap price for Monday and Friday, which is $13. And the regular price is $17 – $26. But of course, the days that are $26, they have prime ribs and shrimp. But because I have a small stomach ?, $26 is not really worth it, or rather buffet in general ?.
8. (716) Food and Sport
This one is in Downtown Buffalo. right beside where the hockey game is being held. I had a funny experience, since I’m petite, and kinda look young. The staff asked us if we wanted a Kid’s Menu, I didn’t heard it, until my boyfriend looks at me and laugh..LOL ?. Anyway, the ambiance is really good, they have flat TV screen for each table. And Big screens on the other side and TV screens too at the bar. The food are good too. We had a boneless wings with medium spicy and pepperoni pizza.
9. Tully’s
Home of the best tenders on Earth, and I should say I agree. They really have a great tenders and big one too. I was surprise for the price of $11.19 I got 6 big tenders (or was it 7 ?) plus a blue cheese dip and coleslaw. And before I forgot, while waiting for your order, you can watch some sport games in their TV screens with complimentary popcorn. Definitely worth it ?.
10. Paula’s Donuts
Craving for some sweets and donuts. Drop by to Paula’s Donuts. Their Donuts is really big, worth the prize. Not only donuts, they have pastries and bagels too. They have so many donuts that I had a hard time choosing what to get ?.
11. Red Robin
If you’re craving for burgers, why not stop at Red Robin, where you can have a lot of choices with unlimited side dish ?. And if you sign up you can also have a free burger at your birthday.
12. Mooney’s Sports Bar and Grill
If you are craving for some Mac and Cheese, try the Mooney’s Restaurant. They serve huge servings of Mac and Cheese, with affordable price. They also have great burgers, wraps and salads.
13. Olive Garden
What I like about it, you get a unlimited salad and bread sticks or soup if you order any entree. I really like their salad and bread sticks, freshly baked and really tasty. They also have unlimited pasta, which you have 4 types to choose from.
(716) Food and Sport looks like a fun place as I love watching sports. But, I am also into more mom and pop places if I visit a new city. What is your recommended mom and pop place in Buffalo?
Thanks for sharing. The pictures are amazing and I am hungry just by looking at them. I could even taste them.
I’m interested to know more about “sponge candies”. I’ve never heard of them, but sounds intriguing. Looks like some great places to eat.
Living in Canada, my husband and I always see ads for Dave & Busters but there are none nearby! We’ll have to go down to the one in Buffalo sometime for a fun getaway.
All of these restaurants look so good! I’m starving now lol.
Looking at these food photos just made me drool like I am the first contender in a national drool fest! I wish we had a Cheesecake Factory close by. I would be their most frequent customer!
Wow, how many places to eat in Buffalo! Just looking at these photos of food make me feel hungry! Love the idea to mix sport and food and so happy to hear that bar has flat TV screen for each table so you can fully enjoy the game while eating pizza!
I like the sound of Food and Sport. Now that is one place I would like to eat one day. Sounds fantastic.
